• QS-9000 Certified
- Vizualogic has been accredited in accordance with the
requirements of QS-9000 practices for the design, development
and manufacture of products for the automotive industry.

• FMEA documentation
(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
- FMEA is a systematic analysis of potential
failure modes aimed at preventing failures. This is intended to be a preventative action process carried out before implementing new or changes in products or processes. An effective FMEA identifies corrective actions required to prevent failures from reaching
the customer and to assure the highest possible yield, quality and reliability.

• PPAP documentaion
(pre-production approval process)
- We develop and produce PPAP packages that meet Automotive OE requirements.

• SPC
- Our Statistical Process Control (SPC) Procedures
are specifically set-up for the needs of the automotive industry.

• APQP
- Our Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process has shortened cycle time with fewer risks while improving quality and lowering overall costs.

• Process Flowcharts
- Our diagrams provide you the opportunity to view the entire production process.

• FMVSS
(Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) Testing
- Our independent testing laboratory ensures federal motor vehicle safety standards are met in a number of different categories including, impact testing, head restraint and interior flammability.

• Work Instructions
- Our integrated work instructions help people work faster,
easier, safer and more accurately.
